1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use & Park Policies (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.quillysrvparks.com and your stay at any Quilly’s RV Parks location.

By visiting this website, booking a reservation, or staying at any Quilly’s RV Parks location, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or book a stay.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a reservation or stay at any Quilly’s RV Parks location.

3. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate booking and payment information and authorize Quilly’s RV Parks to charge your payment method for:

• Reservation fees
• Applicable taxes
• Approved charges
• Damages or outstanding balances

If you leave with a remaining balance, your card on file may be charged.

No refunds will be issued after the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures.

Cancellation policies vary by location and are listed in the Location Addendums below. The policy for the specific park booked controls.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times vary by location and are listed under each Location Addendum.

Guests must vacate their site by check-out time unless prior approval is granted.

5. Guest Limits & Visitors

Unless approved by management:

• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children per RV.
• Registered guests are responsible for all visitors.
• No overnight visitors past 10:00 PM without approval.

6. Speed Limit & Quiet Hours

• Speed limit: 5 MPH
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, intoxication, illegal activity, or disturbances will not be tolerated.

7. Site & Property Rules

Guests must:

• Keep sites neat and free of clutter.
• Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
• Not leave trash out overnight.
• Stay within their assigned site boundaries.
• Avoid parking on grass unless permitted.
• Remove items during mowing if requested.

No clotheslines.
No outside appliances unless approved.
No site alterations without written management approval.

8. RV & Vehicle Requirements

• One RV and one additional vehicle per site unless approved.
• RVs must be insured and in good working condition.
• We reserve the right to refuse any rig based on condition or appearance.
• RVs must maintain a clean exterior and may be required to be washed yearly.
• Wi-Fi boosters/extenders may be prohibited at certain locations.
• RV skirting may be prohibited at certain locations.

9. Washing & Maintenance

• Washing requires a hose with a shut-off sprayer.
• Some locations require prior approval before washing.
• Mechanical work on RVs or vehicles is not permitted unless approved.
• Mobile repair technicians may be allowed with management approval.

10. Pets

• No aggressive pets allowed.
• Pets must be on leash unless in an approved enclosure or designated dog park.
• Pets may not be left unattended outside.
• Excessive barking is not permitted.
• Pet waste must be picked up immediately.

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by pets.

11. Fire & Safety

• No fireworks.
• No discharge of firearms.
• Open fires may be restricted by location.
• Propane fire pits and grills are allowed where permitted.
• Fire rules may vary by county regulations.

12. Electrical Use

Guests are responsible for understanding their RV’s amp usage.

Overuse may trip breakers.

Guests may not work on electrical pedestals. Notify management for maintenance assistance.

13. Facilities (Where Available)

Laundry and restroom facilities may be open 24/7 except for cleaning closures.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings. The park is not liable for theft or accidents.

Pools and playgrounds (if available) operate during posted hours.
No lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.
No glass in pool areas.

14. Fishing & Water Use (Where Applicable)

Fishing and pond access rules vary by location. Posted regulations must be followed.

Swimming in ponds is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Water activities are at your own risk.

15. Severe Weather

Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions.

Some locations may designate shelter areas during severe weather.

Hurricane-season locations may require RVs to be ready for evacuation.

16. Assumption of Risk

Camping and outdoor stays involve inherent risks including weather, wildlife, terrain, fire hazards, mechanical equipment, and actions of others.

By staying at Quilly’s RV Parks, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your stay.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quilly’s RV Parks is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles
• Acts of other guests
• Weather-related damage
• Power or internet interruptions
• Events beyond our control

18. Guest Responsibility & Indemnification

Guests are responsible for damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, visitors, or pets.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quilly’s RV Parks and its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your stay or conduct.

19. Right to Evict

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE OR EVICT any guest, visitor, or pet who violates these Terms or park rules.

No refunds will be issued for evictions due to rule violations.

A. Quilly’s Magnolia RV Park — Vicksburg, Mississippi

• No tents.
• Campfires must be in fire pit and extinguished by 11:00 PM.

• 10-year RV rule for monthly guests (approval required for older units).
• One-night cancellation penalty.
• Monthly guests must pay first month lot fee.
• No refunds after arrival date.

Fishing Regulations:

Violations may result in $100 fine and/or expulsion.

• Catfish: 15–24 inches, 1 per month
• Bass: 14-inch minimum, 1/day or 5/month
• Panfish: 6-inch minimum, 2/day or 10/month
• Tilapia: 12-inch minimum, 10/month
• Carp must be released

Hurricane Season (6/1–9/30): RVs must be ready to pull out at any time.

Cancellation:

• Less than one month: refund minus one-night fee.
• Cancel within 48 hours of arrival: 50% forfeiture.
• Monthly cancellation: deposit rules apply.
• No refunds after arrival.

C. Quilly’s Cozy Traveler RV Park — Oyster Creek, Texas

Additional Rules:

• No open fires.
• RV skirting prohibited.
• Wi-Fi boosters prohibited.
• Washing requires prior approval.
• No overnight guests past 10 PM.
• Cancellation:
  • Less than one week: one-night penalty.
  • More than one week: camp credit valid one year.
  • No refunds after arrival.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the park location is physically located.

21. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your stay or use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state where the park is located.

You waive the right to a jury trial.

22. Class Action Waiver

You agree not to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against Quilly’s RV Parks.
